Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team in various sales, operations, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Duties

• Perform research duties including trade show identification, follow-up, and coordination.
• Maintain accurate customer records through effective proofreading and data entry practices.
• Assist with office management tasks, ensuring a well-organized workspace.
• Provide support for special projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Administrative or Sales Support Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
• Proficiency in computer literacy with strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Hubspot is a plus but not required.
• A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
