Duties * Perform research duties including trade show identification, follow-up, and coordination. * Maintain accurate customer records through effective proofreading and data entry practices. * Assist with office management tasks, ensuring a well-organized workspace. * Provide support for special projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Qualifications * Previous experience as an Administrative or Sales Support Assistant or in a similar role is preferred. * Proficiency in computer literacy with strong skills in Microsoft Excel. * Familiarity with Hubspot is a plus but not required. * A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
