Inside Sales Representative - Technology Solutions Location: Wesley Chapel, FL | Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time | Compensation: Base + Commission & Bonus About Us Complete I.T. Corp is a fast-growing technology solutions provider specializing in camera systems, access control, VoIP phone systems, and structured cabling. We pride ourselves on delivering modern, scalable solutions that improve safety, communication, and connectivity for our clients. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to help fuel that momentum. Position Overview We are seeking a high-performing Inside Sales Representative with a strong interest in technology and a passion for delivering results. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying and nurturing opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and closing sales. Ideal candidates are proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable selling solutions to both technical and non- technical audiences. Key Responsibilities * Proactively contact warm leads and prospective clients via phone, email, and video to introduce our services. * Understand client pain points and offer tailored solutions from our suite of technology offerings. * Manage all lead interactions, follow-ups, and pipeline activity using Pipedrive CRM. * Collaborate with the business development team to identify trends and cross-sell opportunities. * Prepare and present proposals and solution overviews to decision-makers. * Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer communications. * Consistently meet or exceed sales goals while ensuring a positive client experience. Qualifications * Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales, preferably in a technology or B2B solutions environment. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills--comfortable explaining technical concepts clearly. * Proficiency with Pipedrive or other CRM tools. * Motivated self-starter with the ability to manage time, tasks, and follow-ups effectively. * Team player who can also thrive independently in a fast-paced, goal-oriented setting. * Strong organizational and analytical skills. Bonus if you have: * Knowledge of access control, surveillance, VoIP, or structured cabling solutions. * Experience working with HOAs, property managers, or commercial clients.
