Achieve or exceed sales targets by generating leads, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and closing deals. * Develop New Business: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets, including mid-size to large organizations ([please apply online] employees). * Represent Our Brand: Serve as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating our value proposition and opportunity for clients to make internal and external impact. * Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with our consulting and delivery teams to develop customized proposals, present solutions, and ensure seamless project transition and client satisfaction. Who You Are: * Experienced Sales Professional: 5+ years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably within the HR/talent management consulting or training industry. * Results-Oriented: A highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong track record of exceeding sales targets. * Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and present persuasive proposals. * Strong Business Acumen: A solid understanding of business principles and the ability to identify client needs and tailor solutions accordingly. * Independent and Self-Driven: Ability to work independently, manage your own time effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. * Relationship Builder: A natural relationship builder with strong networking and interpersonal skills.
