What 's in it for you? * $90,000 - $110,000 annual salary depending on experience * Paid time off and paid holidays * Full suite of benefits: medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) * Flexible schedule What we need from you: * Experience - You have 5+ years of experience in Surety Bonds preferred * Licensed - Active Property & Casualty License * Knowledge - Strong knowledge of insurance terminology, concepts, and coverages preferred * Comprehensive Knowledge - You have strong verbal and written communication skills * Software - Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and Adobe, and Applied Epic Responsibilities: * Responsible for leading the Surety Department * Assist with the training and development of new team associates * Ensure to build and develop new strategies and plans of action for the department * Provide helpful and professional service and insurance needs to clients and producers * Provide excellent customer service via phone and email * Give knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability * Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs * Data entry in various platforms APPLY NOW!
