Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our services and generating leads that contribute to our business growth. This role requires excellent communication skills. Responsibilities * Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our paving construction services. * Communicate clearly and persuasively to negotiate terms and close sales. Experience * Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing is preferred. * Familiarity with construction business development * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team-oriented environment.
