Job Description All Year Cooling is searching for a full-time HVAC Sales Technician to join our South Florida team for a year round position, 40+ hours per week for residential and light commercial air conditioning. Job Duties * Prepare proposals for based on all labor, equipment and materials to complete the job properly and to the customer's satisfaction. * Provide HVAC solutions and designs to improve the customer's AC system. * Manage and sustain high levels of customer satisfaction. Communicate clearly and follow up promptly to customer inquiries. * Develop and maintain a customer base with referrals * Perform daily work duties associated with the trade with little to no supervision in the field Qualifications * Technically knowledgeable in the installation and operation of heating, air conditioning, refrigeration and ventilating systems in residential homes. * At least 3 years of trade experience in installing, operating, maintaining and repairing HVAC equipment. * High school diploma or equivalent * Valid Driver's License * Able to pass background check * Skill equivalent to that acquired through the completion of a refrigeration or air conditioning mechanic's apprenticeship program required/ Trade school * Ability to climb, operate, and work on from ladders * Possess an analytical and mechanical aptitude * Comfortable to work without supervision * Must own and be able to properly operate hand tools, power tools, pressure gauges, vacuum pump, torches, etc. * Read Mechanical Drawings * Ability to perform physical labor such as lifting or hauling * Maintain a clean and professional appearance * Compromised individual with good attitude, ready to fix issues * Availability 6 days a week/ nights/ weekends (We are open 7 days a week) Typical end time: 7PM Typical start time: 8AM Work Remotely No Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance PTO 401k Compensation package: Commission pay Schedule: 10 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Education: High school or equivalent (Required) Experience: Sales Experience: 3 years (Required) HVAC Tech: 3 years (Required) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Work Location: On the road
