Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with new clients (Tile Showrooms, Contractors, Dealers) and identifying new business opportunities. The Outside Sales Representative will work closely with our marketing team to understand the market trends and sales strategies, and will utilize their analytical skills to analyze customer needs and preferences. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator and will be able to provide exceptional customer service, negotiate contracts, and meet sales targets. Proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable. Responsibilities: - Manage and grow an New customer base through proactive account management and upselling/cross-selling opportunities - Conduct market research to identify new sales leads and opportunities - Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to meet sales targets - Analyze customer needs and preferences to identify potential sales opportunities - Provide exceptional customer service and support to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction - Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers - Collaborate with the marketing team to understand market trends and sales strategies - Utilize technical sales skills to communicate product benefits and features to customers - Meet and exceed sales targets - Travel to customer locations as required -Setting up sample displays and distributing samples for each location Skills: - Proven experience in outside sales and account management - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to negotiate contracts and agreements - Proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable - Strong understanding of sales strategies and market trends - Experience in technical sales is highly valued - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to meet sales targets and travel as required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) Ability to Commute: * Doral, FL (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Doral, FL: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
