What You'll Do: * Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial and industrial clients * Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals * Conduct site visits and facility assessments to recommend tailored HVAC service solutions * Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and service agreements * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery * Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets What We're Looking For: * Proven experience in commercial HVAC service sales (3+ years preferred) * Strong understanding of HVAC systems and service agreements * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills * Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven * Comfortable with CRM systems and reporting tools * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Experience in HVACR - Refrigeration Sales is a plus!
