We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales and Customer Service Specialist. Key Responsibilities: * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service. * Schedule and manage client appointments with professionalism and attention to detail. * Handle inquiries and provide support in both English and Spanish, ensuring clear and accurate communication. * Work independently to achieve and exceed performance targets and sales goals. * Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings and industry trends. Requirements: * Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales and customer service, specifically in the diamond jewelry or luxury goods sector. * Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages. * Strong appointment-setting skills with the ability to manage time effectively. * A self-starter who is performance-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently. * Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with high-end clientele. * Knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, and luxury goods is highly preferred. Responsibilities * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions. * Participate in direct sales activities, including territory management and appointment setting for trade shows/trunk shows * Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close deals effectively. * Utilize software tools to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and analyze performance metrics. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Experience * Previous experience in outside sales or direct sales is preferred but not mandatory. * Familiarity with account management practices and retail sales environments is beneficial. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. * Proficiency in using technology and software related to sales processes. * Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to analyze data for informed decision-making. * A proactive attitude towards learning new techniques in technology sales or territory sales.
