As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and promoting our products through effective communication and product demonstrations. Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. * Provide knowledgeable product information and conduct engaging product demos to enhance customer understanding. * Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by stocking shelves and ensuring merchandise is displayed effectively. * Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system while handling cash and credit card payments. * Communicate promotions, sales, and product features to customers to encourage purchases. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service. * Supervise junior staff when necessary, providing guidance and support in their roles. Requirements * Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. * Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. * Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. * Ability to demonstrate products confidently and persuasively. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work well under pressure. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
