As part of our expansion, we are seeking a talented and driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities * Serve as the first point of contact for customers--building relationships and creating repeat business * Answers and handles telephone calls in a professional and timely manner; takes accurate messages with a high degree of professionalism and courtesy; arranges conference calls. * Manage incoming sales inquiries via phone and email * Make outbound sales calls to perspective partners * Generates new business and ensures growth of existing accounts. * Handles inbound calls and provides callers with product and service information. * Provides product demos to qualified customers on request. * Coordinates in weekly bubble tea training class. * Builds and maintains customers' relationships. * Coordinates classes calendars and schedules appointments, ensuring all parties are informed of and kept abreast of schedules. * Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, and mailing. * Update CRM system with new leads and existing customers on Netsuite on weekly basis. * Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers.
