Summary Northeast Marine Industries distributes boat trailers and trailer parts in Oxford, Massachusetts. We seek a motivated, responsible, and organized individual to provide professional customer support and sales. A strong mechanical aptitude is essential for this position. Experience in automotive, boat, trailer repair, or parts sales is The work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and possess a valid driver's license. Duties * Provide excellent customer service to both wholesale and retail accounts. * Assist wholesale and retail customers in person, by phone, and by email. * Solve problems and resolve errors. * Assist with marketing and e-commerce projects. Requirements and Qualifications * Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office. * Experience in automotive, trailer, boat, or related parts sales is required. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Strong organizational skills. * Ability to meet commitments on time. * Some heavy lifting may be necessary for checking products for features/dimensions, etc. * Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and arrive to work on time. * A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Salary Will be based on experience, skills, and education.
