Overview

Sales Representative to join their team in order to bridge the gap between consumer and products! This person will handle all customer interactions from start to finish so nothing is missed. Your main priority will be customer education and providing brand awareness. As a sales representative you will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The best Sales Representatives are genuinely excited to help customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, prospective customers and guests, providing exceptional customer service in a retail setting.
• Handle all floor related activities including:
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions.
• Check out customers at end of sale
• Answers incoming calls from Customers
• Help walk in customers with requests
• New Lead/Customer: sign-up and closing sales
• Facilitate upgrades to customers orders
• Respond to Customer questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevate to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.
• Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of your workspace
• Prepare and Monitor incoming and outgoing job folders for installation teams
• Monitor and facilitate incoming items for database accuracy
• Monitor primary incoming leads and correspondences through phone and email
• Back up and assist CS Receptionist position
• Enhance and Encourage Builder / Contractor Growth
• Assist in the team setting for overall success and growth

• Customer service background preferred.
• Sales Background Needed
• Kitchen Design / 2020 Experience encouraged
• Bilingual preference but is not required.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Upbeat and positive attitude!
• Punctuality and reliability is a must.
• Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers, exceeding the member's expectations.
• Strong listener with the ability to empathize and problem solve.
• Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
