Job description The Account Coordinator ensures a smooth process for our customers, from reviewing construction drawings in detail to diligently tracking the bid process for our projects. Who we are: Vanir Installed Sales is a construction management company which specializes in the installation of exterior siding. With branches in Charlotte, Raleigh, Greensboro, Wilmington, Myrtle Beach, Charleston, Columbia, and Greenville & Savannah our clients include local, regional and national homebuilders. Daily duties include but are not limited to:

• Review construction drawings received from our customers and identify any areas that may cause questions from the Estimating Team.
• Create/review scope sheets outlining the specific type of material the Estimating Team needs to calculate for each section of the project.
• Submit bid requests to the Estimating Team.
• Prioritize and rearrange the estimating queue in order to meet deadlines.
• Keep track of bid progress.
• Review take-offs for correct pricing and other conflicts.
• Submit bids to the customer.
• Respond to customer questions and follow up on outstanding bids.
• Construction experience necessary
• Inside sales experience preferred
• Siding experience preferred
• Excellent personable skills needed. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000-$50,000+
• Works with customers to determine siding install needs, vendors on materials and pricing availability, branch and corporate staff.
• Receives estimating requests from customers via email and or software platform.
• Works with the customer to gather and compile required information to submit to the estimating department (project and material type, plans, scope of work, labor, colors/selections (if applicable) etc.
• Create files and upload project documents.
• Works with the assigned estimating staff to answer any questions on the project.
• Receives estimates once completed and relays information back to the customer via email or software platform.
• Coordinates all estimating documents that are uploaded in a folder for the purchasing team to order.
• Other duties as assigned
