We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. Duties

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
• Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, including restocking merchandise as needed.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly while maintaining positive relationships.
• Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting stock counts.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain high standards of service. Experience
• Previous retail experience is preferred but not required; we welcome enthusiastic candidates eager to learn.
• Familiarity with retail math concepts for effective inventory management and sales tracking is beneficial.
• Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems for processing transactions efficiently.
• Strong phone etiquette skills for handling customer inquiries via phone effectively.
