Compensation: $100,000 - $200,000 Responsibilities: What You 'll Do: * Lead Strategy Sessions: Use your communication and persuasion skills to connect with prospective clients through phone calls, Zoom, and in-person meetings. * Advise & Tailor Solutions: Help people navigate their legal challenges by breaking down complex issues into clear, actionable plans, ensuring they feel supported and empowered. * Collaborate & Coordinate: Work with intake personnel, our Leadership Team, and our attorneys to streamline processes and elevate client experiences. * Own the Sales Process: Shift from advocating for clients in court to advocating to clients, convincing them that Rossen Law Firm is their trusted partner. * Business Development: Be a front-facing representative of our firm at networking events, conferences, and community gatherings, helping to grow our reach and reputation.
