Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls and enroll customers into ACA health insurance plans.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance while guiding clients through the enrollment process.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through strong closing techniques and a results-driven approach.

Requirements

• Active 2-40 or 2-15 Health Insurance License required.
• FFM 2025 Certification required.
• Licensed in 7 -10 states preferred.
• Previous experience in health insurance sales highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Compensation

Benefits

• Weekly Earnings Potential: $2,000-$3,000.
• Commission Structure:
• $25 per deal with CPA under $75.
• $20 per deal with CPA over $75.
• $15 per deal with CPA at $100.
