Their vibrant, team-oriented atmosphere and steady inbound lead flow offer a unique opportunity for agents to thrive and grow professionally. Key Responsibilities * Manage inbound calls and enroll customers into ACA health insurance plans. * Ensure accuracy and compliance while guiding clients through the enrollment process. * Achieve and exceed sales targets through strong closing techniques and a results-driven approach. Requirements * Active 2-40 or 2-15 Health Insurance License required. * FFM 2025 Certification required. * Licensed in 7 -10 states preferred. * Previous experience in health insurance sales highly preferred. * Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
