Job Responsibilities: * Generate leads through D2D lead generation. * Contact customer leads through cold calling. * Delivery of sales presentations on roofing and home restoration services to existing and prospective customers. * Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships. * Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. * Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. * Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments. * Maintain constant cross departmental communication with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. * Building and nurturing relationships with customers. * Scheduling appointments with clients and working around their schedule Job Requirements: * Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills. * Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise. * Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation and self-discipline. * Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales. * Excellent knowledge of MS Office. * Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus. * Ability to climb a ladder. * Sales experience a plus.
