Responsibilities

:

• Generate leads through D2D lead generation.
• Contact customer leads through cold calling.
• Delivery of sales presentations on roofing and home restoration services to existing and prospective customers.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
• Maintain constant cross departmental communication with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Building and nurturing relationships with customers.
• Scheduling appointments with clients and working around their schedule Job

Requirements

:

• Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise.
• Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation and self-discipline.
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
• Ability to climb a ladder.
