UTS Equipment Company is a tractor and trailer dealership located in Clinton Township. We are hiring one candidate for an open office position.

Responsibilities

: -Process trailer sale paperwork including invoices, warranty registrations and title paperwork (previous CVR experience would be great but not required) - Assist in processing customer finance applications - Process paperwork related to sales of various equipment from various manufacturers - Mailing paperwork/license plates/ parts packages - Assist with month end accounting and cash audit requirements

Requirements

: -STRONG COMPUTER SKILLS (Google docs, excel, gmail) -ATTENTION TO DETAIL -Basic dealership math (sales tax, interest rate calculations, payment quotes) -Ability to multitask without making mistakes -Type 30 words per minute (typing test will be required) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
