We're looking for a creative and customer-focused Designer/Client Advisor to join our team and assists us continue this proud tradition. Job Description : We are looking for a creative and customer-focused Designer/Client Advisor to join our dynamic team at Geremia Pools , a leader in custom pool design and landscaping. In this role, you will collaborate with clients to create their dream outdoor spaces, including custom pools, spas, and landscaping features. Your knowledge of HubSpot CRM (or similar CRM systems) will help streamline client communication and track project progress, ensuring an exceptional client experience. Key Responsibilities : * Consult with clients to understand their design preferences and project goals for custom pools and landscaping. * Utilize design software (e.g., Pool Studio, Structure Studio) to create visually appealing designs. * Assist clients in making decisions regarding materials , lighting , and water features. * Track client interactions and manage follow-ups using HubSpot CRM to ensure seamless communication and project updates. * Maintain client relationships, handling any concerns or queries promptly. * Keep up-to-date with the latest pool and landscaping trends. Qualifications : * Experience in custom pool design or landscaping preferred. * Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or similar CRM systems to manage leads, customer interactions, and sales pipelines. * Strong customer service background and proven sales experience in a retail or service environment. * Knowledge of pool construction , landscaping materials , and lighting design. * Retail math skills to assist with budget management. * Multilingual abilities are a plus, especially when working with diverse clientele.
