Brown & Brown is seeking a Product Development Assistant to join our growing team in Tampa, FL! The Product Development Assistant will support the underwriting and administrative functions of the PPP for Dentists program by tracking regulatory objections, maintaining filing status reports, updating Producer Agreements, and assisting with form library development. Perform policy processing tasks including endorsement handling, premium calculations, invoice issuance, and premium reconciliation, while ensuring timely and accurate document delivery to brokers and internal teams. How You Will Contribute: * Track Department of Insurance objections to the PPP for Dentists program and communicate form-related objections to IT for development updates. * Maintain and distribute PPP for Dentists filing status reports to internal stakeholders. * Update Producer Agreements with corresponding Producer Codes and track language deviations using a standardized tracker. * Assist in building a PPP for Dentists forms library for both non-admitted and admitted products. * Prepare and submit reports and data accurately and on time as assigned. * Support underwriters by preparing complete binder and policy documents, ensuring timely delivery to brokers. * Review, approve, and process endorsement requests; maintain rating worksheets and calculate premiums for new business, renewals, and endorsements. * Process and issue invoices in Velocity for manual billing accounts and assist with corrections for Large Group and Standard Dental invoices. * Provide administrative processing support to the Underwriting Assistant (UA) team across multiple programs. * Stitch dental policies for claims requests and perform weekly premium reconciliations for the Dental Program.
