American Producers Supply dba Heiston Supplyis an independent distributor of industrial, construction and oil field supplies to businesses throughout much of Ohio, West Virginia, Kentucky, and into Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Indiana. We have 15 locations to serve our customers. Corporate headquarters and the main distribution center are in downtown Marietta, Ohio. Branches are in Columbus, Sunbury, Cincinnati, Portsmouth, Toledo and Lancaster Ohio; Huntington, Martinsburg and St. Albans, West Virginia; Pittsburgh, PA; Louisville and Glasgow Kentucky; Ferdinand, Indiana; and Wixom, MI. American Producers Supply is looking for a Counter Sales/Inside Sales and assist with warehouse functions which includes delivery driver at the Martinsburg, WV Branch. Wages are based on experience. Prior experience in Construction Sales and Construction Knowledge required. Primary Responsibilities: Primary responsibilities include order entry, quoting, assisting with customer's needs, answering phones for our industrial, construction and oilfield customers. You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in an industrial/construction retail setting in order to drive company revenue. Pay Rate is based on experience and qualifications. Assisting with warehouse functions and delivery driver when required. * Enter and process customer quotes and orders * Assist customers with counter sales * Welcome and identify customer needs * Explain products and services to customers * Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock * Investigate and resolve customer complaints * Able to work independently * Assist warehouse operations in receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping. * Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes using company vehicles (van/pick-up truck) as required. * Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate a delivery vehicle as required. * Perform daily vehicle inspection reports on fleet vehicles.
