Overview

The Sales Representative at IVEY DESIGN BUILD will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and securing design-build contracts that contribute to annual sales goals between $10,000,000 and $12,000,000. This individual will play a critical role in expanding our client base and building long-term business relationships.

Compensation

includes a base salary plus commission on each closed deal.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate qualified leads for design-build projects.
• Develop strategies to target potential clients and markets.
• Maintain and grow a pipeline of opportunities through cold calls, networking, referrals, and industry events.
• Conduct initial client consultations to understand project needs and present IVEY DESIGN BUILD's capabilities.
• Work closely with the internal design and construction teams to ensure accurate and compelling proposals.
• Follow up on leads and manage the sales cycle from contact to contract.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client interaction, and project pipeline using CRM tools.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in construction, real estate, or design-build industries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic construction/design knowledge is a plus.

Compensation

• Base salary: commensurate with experience.
• Commission: Paid on each closed deal.
