Position Summary: We are looking for an Image & Print Account Executive who will focus on customers within the vertical of State and Local Government, spearheading new business growth while fostering strong relationships with current clients. In this role, you'll promote our award-winning print and scanning technology portfolio. At Les Olson IT , we offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary, commissions, auto and cell allowances, manufacturer incentives, and opportunities to participate in exciting sales contests. What You'll Do: * Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities through outreach efforts like calls, emails, and in-person meetings. * Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales goals. * Build trust and demonstrate how our technology drives business efficiency and productivity across diverse industries. * Leverage tools like Salesforce to manage leads and accounts effectively. * Create and deliver compelling presentations tailored to client needs. Compensation & Benefits: * Compensation: Base salary starting at $30,000 plus an additional cell and auto allowance and commission guarantee to start. Average first-year OTE is $80,000, with $100k+ after second year. * Benefits Package: * 401(k) plan with company matching. * Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance. * Generous paid time off.
