Position Summary The RoscoLive cloud is an explosive growth segment within Rosco that is driving overall corporate growth and success. We are seeking a dedicated, career-driven Inside Sales Agent to join our team and help facilitate customer communication for the ordering process pertaining to the RoscoLive recurring cloud services we provide. Primary Responsibilities * Facilitate customer communication regarding orders and shipment status. * Provide outstanding customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints efficiently and effectively. * Take orders, enter information into system, monitor through shipment and delivery, and troubleshoot when necessary. * Communicate with customers on orders and shipment status pertaining to RoscoLive recurring cloud services. * Maintain a thorough understanding of Rosco products and services to provide accurate information and assistance to customers. * Receive and make phone calls and answer texts and emails from internal and external customers. * Participate in Teams meetings to help communicate with and exceed customer expectations. * Escalate complex cases as necessary. * Collaborate effectively with teams across the organization, including sales, operations, and marketing. * Work with other customer success colleagues to continuously improve and document our processes. * Contribute to and lead special projects and tasks as needed. Education Requirements and Skills * Associate's degree or 2 years of related experience. * Capable of multitasking in an extremely busy environment. * Proficiency in MS Office Suites and Docusign * Excellent command of the English language required. * Prior experience with ERP and CRM systems a PLUS. * Superb verbal and written communication skills. * Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Physical Requirements * Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. * Prolonged periods of standing or walking. * Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the facility. * Must be able to quickly traverse manufacturing areas. * Must be able to stand, bend, crawl, stretch, lay, and squat to maintain equipment. * Must be able to occasionally withstand high temperatures if applicable.
