Hello! We are GYEON USA [please apply online] and we Distribute GYEON care care products here in the USA. GYEON manufactures enthusiast level detailing products, everything from wheel cleaners to long term ceramic coatings. We are sold through resellers nationwide, our direct ecommerce store, as well as Amazon. We are looking for a team member to monitor, optimize, and grow our Seller Account with a heavy focus on stock management, listing optimization, and account health using the Amazon SAS Core team as support. The official job role is outlined below: Job Title: Amazon Seller Account Manager Job Type: Full-time Location: Remote and In Office We are seeking an Amazon Seller Account Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for optimizing the performance of our Amazon Seller Account, ensuring that our products are visible, competitive, and profitable on the platform. Responsibilities: * Optimize product listings on Amazon to improve search visibility and sales performance * Work directly with Amazon's SAS Core team to correct account issues and listing errors * Conduct research on market trends and competition to develop strategies for product listings * Manage product information, images, pricing, and promotions * Monitor and analyze product performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve sales and profitability * Work with internal teams to develop and implement promotional and marketing strategies * Respond to customer inquiries and reviews, ensuring a positive customer experience * Manage Amazon Stock Trends and In Bound Inventory Needs Requirements: * Experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central is a MUST * Strong understanding of Amazon's platform and algorithms * Excellent analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment * Experience working with third-party tools and software, such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Sellics is a plus We offer a competitive salary and the opportunity to work remotely.
