Level I Roofing Warrior (Canvasser + Field Assistant) Bold Brothers Roofing Co. | Denver Metro Area $20 -$25/hr + $15 per roofing square from canvassing leads *(average roof is 20 squares) *Full-time | 40 -60 hrs/week (Summer), 30-50 hrs/week (Winter) Are you gritty, hungry, and ready to break into the roofing industry? What You 'll Do: * Knock doors and canvas neighborhoods to generate leads (20 -30 hrs/week canvassing) * Assist with Ladder Sets * Perform Roof Inspections * Support Project Managers and learn directly from them in the field * Represent Bold Brothers Roofing with professionalism and hustle * Learn the basics of residential roofing, insurance claims, and customer interaction What You 'll Earn: * $20-$25/hr starting pay (based on experience) * $15 per field roofing square sold from leads you generate while canvassing.
