Inside/Outside Sales Representative - Residential and Commercial Fences San Francisco East Bay Full-Time 1099 | Commission | In-Person with Tech-Enabled Tools Superior Fence & Rail is growing fast in California, and we're looking for energetic, tech-savvy, and customer-focused Sales Representatives to join our teams in San Francisco East Bay In this hybrid inside/outside sales role , you'll guide homeowners and commercial clients from first inquiry through signed contract--combining virtual consultations, field visits, and digital tools to provide a professional, educational, and efficient sales experience. If you're organized, strategic, love meeting people, and can leverage technology to close deals, we want to meet you.

• What You 'll Do:
• Inside Sales (Pre-Sales & Virtual Consultations)
• Respond promptly to new leads and inquiries (text, email, and phone)
• Use tools like Calendly, Google Maps, and CompanyCam to evaluate properties virtually
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand customer needs, project goals, and site constraints
• Educate customers on fence styles, materials, and permitting requirements
• Schedule and conduct remote or in-person consultations
• Maintain clean notes and handoffs using CRM and team collaboration tools Outside Sales (Site Visits & Estimating)
• Visit customer properties to capture photos, measurements, and site-specific details
• Use smartphone-based technology to document fencing conditions, terrain, and layout
• Collaborate with internal estimators and operations to develop proposals
• Walk customers through pricing, timelines, and expectations
• Convert estimates into signed contracts with a consultative, value-driven approach Who Are You
• You have 1-2 years of previous sales or customer-facing experience (construction, home improvement, or outdoor services a plus)
• You enjoy problem-solving and asking the right questions to uncover customer needs
• You're comfortable navigating mobile apps and digital tools (e.g., Ring Central, Google Workspace, CRM)
• You're organized , proactive, and detail-oriented
• You have a valid driver 's license, reliable transportation, and a smartphone with a good camera
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working independently Preferred (But Not Required)
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Experience in fencing, construction, landscaping, or home services
• Familiarity with project scoping or estimating
• Experience with tools like CompanyCam, PandaDoc, Front, or HubSpot What We Offer
