We are looking for a talented Automotive Sales Associate to join our growing Ford team! The right candidate will be ambitious, have excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to meet and exceed goals. Strong pay structure with a $300 minimum sale, 30% commission and bonuses! Day to-day tasks will include developing client relationships and providing product solutions that best meet our customer's needs. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses * Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority.
