Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and effectively communicating the value of our products and services. This role requires a blend of cold calling, technical sales expertise, and a keen ability to analyze market trends to maximize sales potential.
Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
- Engage in territory sales by managing assigned regions and developing strategies to increase market share.
- Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and drive additional revenue.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze market trends and identify potential opportunities for growth.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Proven experience in sales, with a focus on inside sales, retail sales, or technical sales preferred.
- Strong cold calling skills with a track record of generating leads and closing deals.
- Ability to analyze market data and identify trends that can influence sales strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
