Starting Pay: Hourly Rate versus Commission. Make $500.00 - $1000.00+ Per Week! Take Home Cash Daily!! Westgate Resorts is hiring OPC's (Off Property Consultants) in a new market, TAMPA! Start your career with the largest privately held Timeshare company and be part of the inaugural team launching Tampa! As a Marketing Representative, you will be the frontline for the Westgate Resorts Marketing Team! Your primary responsibility will be to promote Westgate Resorts by encouraging vacationers to visit our resorts by offering them extremely low rates on discounted theme park and attraction tickets. No experience? We will train enthusiastic and determined individuals! Our leadership team will motivate and push you to earn great money. Earning Potential and Responsibilities * 5 qualified Tours in a week $550.00, plus Ticket Sales Commission * 7 qualified Tours in a week $840.00, plus Ticket Sales Commission * 10 qualified Tours in a week $1400.00, plus Ticket Sales Commission * 13 qualified Tours in a week $1950.00, plus Ticket Sales Commission * 16 qualified Tours in a week $2400.00, plus Ticket Sales * Sending (booking) families to attend a 90-minute Timeshare presentation * Persuade potential clients to visit Westgate Resorts by maximizing their savings on the Orlando area by selling theme park tickets. * Provide 5-star customer service to guests/clients to increase resort tour sign-up rates, ticket sales, and resort room bookings while representing Westgate Resorts to its highest standard. * Utilize a consultative approach when offering various discounted ticket sales & resort room bookings to optimize guest experiences while simultaneously maximizing personal commissions. * Open and close POS ticket sales terminals and balance cash and credit card transactions at the end of each shift. * Maintain a professional appearance and work environment at all times. * Stay up to date on ticket prices and special promotions that we offer as incentives to visit Westgate Resorts. * May have opportunities to work and travel to off-site events, pop-up locations, and conventions across the city with little to no advanced notice, but within an acceptable distance, based on business needs, experience, and/or performance. Qualifications * Must be able to handle cash and tickets accurately and securely. * Must have reliable transportation. * Positive, Self Motivated, and able to work in a team environment. * Excellent face-to-face customer service skills. * Able to overcome objections. * Requires a flexible work schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. * Passionate about genuinely helping clients get a better deal and improving their overall vacation experience. * You may have opportunities to work and travel to off-site events, pop-up locations, and conventions across the city with little to no advanced notice, but within an acceptable distance, based on business needs, experience, and/or performance.
