Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts by managing various administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring effective communication between the sales team and clients. This position is essential for driving sales performance and enhancing customer satisfaction. Responsibilities * Manage and maintain the Salesforce software to track sales activities, customer interactions, and lead management. * Assist in territory management by analyzing market trends and identifying potential growth opportunities. * Support retail sales initiatives by coordinating promotional activities and upselling strategies. * Facilitate direct sales efforts through effective communication with clients and timely follow-ups. * Collaborate with inside sales teams to ensure alignment on goals, strategies, and customer needs. * Prepare reports on sales performance metrics to provide insights for decision-making. * Organize and schedule meetings, presentations, and training sessions for the sales team. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions to enhance relationship management. Skills * Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships and tracking sales data. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members. * Knowledge of territory management principles to optimize sales coverage and market penetration. * Experience in retail sales, direct sales, or inside sales is preferred. * Ability to analyze market trends to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services. * Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality work that supports overall sales objectives.
