Title: Sales and Customer Service Coordinator Purpose: * To facilitate the outbound outreach, sales, customer service, and fulfillment of Deltec Direct USA (Deltec) and Jellyfish Art (JFA) products. * To manage inbound sales leads and customer service inquiries for the full suite of companies, including detailed records thereof. Level of Work: Level II Qualifications * Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written * Proven experience in customer support, sales, and client services * Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office applications * Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities * Experience in outbound calling and call center environments * Ability to handle cash transactions and perform analysis tasks * Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus * Collaborative mindset with a focus on sales Key Results: * Sales & Marketing Maintaining, building, facilitating, and adding to the inbound and outbound Sales Channels of Deltec and JFA including but not limited to: * Direct to Consumer Retail e-Commerce * Wholesale accounts, orders, and outreach * Retail Stores * Online Stores * Amazon * Flash Sales * B2B and Institutional * International * Educational * Trade Shows o Developing business plans, meeting planned goals, coordinating with team on prospects and preparation of regular sales reports with attention to sales, revenue, and expenses including details such as margin, discounts, shipping, taxes, and profitability as determined by the overall profit and loss o Meeting with the overall Sales Team during regularly scheduled meetings to report on progress of assigned sales channels and collaborate with other employees on their own sales channels o Expanding on and developing new sales channels with assistance from the overall Sales Team o Promote lead generation by means of marketing initiatives and copywriting: * Outbound mailers via physical mail, email, and other means to RAD Clients, Architects, Builders, Designers, potential and historical leads * Copywriting email, content and social media text to promote and profile the overall companies and their suites of products * Collaborating with our Media Specialist's production of video, photos, and multimedia content creation - facilitating the copywriting and posting of created content via regular social media postings and accurate advertising outreach * Customer Service and Fulfillment * Monitoring and facilitating the ongoing customer support, response, necessary action, order fulfillment, lead generation, RMAs, and proper record keeping thereof for: * e-Commerce website dry and live order fulfillment & monitoring the Aquaculture Team's fulfillment * Inbound phone calls and [please apply online] emails * Customer support * RMA process and record keeping for warranty claims * Properly recording inbound leads and facilitating handoffs to sales team members * Social Media questions, comments, reviews, and responses * Administrative Tasks * Maintaining proper digital records and appropriate inventory levels of goods, supplies and saleable products for the e-commerce channels and procurement thereof with the assistance of the Accounting Team in respect to projected product sales levels and campaign initiatives * Updating and maintaining the companies e-commerce presence and functionality with the assistance of knowledgeable employees Job Type & Benefits: * $20-24 / Hour based on experience * Quarterly Margin Bonus Incentive Program - based off of net profitability and available after 90 days of employment * Medical and dental insurance (65% employer /35% employee split) * 12 days paid time off (PTO), vacation time on accrued basis * Additional 6 paid holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas) * Unused PTO hours will be paid at the end of the year as an additional check * 401k retirement plan eligible after 90 days (contribution match up to 3%) * Company iPhone * Company Computer Schedule: * Full-Time with a minimum of 40 hours per week * Monday to Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM at office with 8 working hours and one hour lunch break * Occasionally scheduled weekend trade show attendance in state and out of state Terms: * Execution of a non-compete agreement * Execution of a confidentiality agreement * 90-day trial period and review afterwards Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40 per week Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * On-the-job training * Paid time off * Parental leave * Professional development assistance * Vision insurance Shift: * 8 hour shift * Day shift Application Question(s): * Do you have any professional experience maintaining aquariums?
