Description: Job Summary: TESS is an industry leader servicing the Mega Yacht Industry. The Inside Sales & Purchasing Agent will ensure invoicing goes through proper channels to assure compliance with our vendor contracts, oversee inventory control and vendor management, and when inventory is low, you are responsible for expediting shipments from our vendors. The position will be Monday through Friday and is a full-time position, with benefits such as a flexible schedule, professional development assistance, health benefits and vacation time. * Duties/Responsibilities: * Wrap, box, pack outgoing shipments. * Generate commercial invoicing for all international shipments. * Generate packing slips for domestic shipments. * Contact various logistics shipping companies to schedule pickups, shipping questions, drop offs. * Receive incoming shipments and notify supervisor/employee upon arrival. * Organize locations for all parts. * Inventory counts. * Assist internal service departments. * Respond to inquiries about customer invoicing, shipping and vendor billing. * Organize and locate parts that are in stock. * Assist in creating inventory item numbers. * Performs other duties as required. Minimum of 3 years related experience in a similar role required. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
