US Citizen, Green Card holder -Position Summary This position is responsible for managing and leading the Chemicals Regional Sales for the Western Territory of the United States. This position also takes a lead role in working with domestic interests in new market channels, customer engagement and strategies focused on gaining market share. Position Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities: * _ Develops & implements strategic sales plans & budgets to reach sales goals for the Distribution channel._ * _ Evaluates Distribution Channel structure, channel partner strength and capability, and bring forward well-constructed plans for channel upgrades, chances and improvements. Establishes and maintains relationships with key Distribution partners. _ * _ Develop, maintain, and lead an efficient and effective field distribution sales organization. Review reports on sales activities and compare them with planned activities to assure close adherence to and maximal achievement of goals. _ * Works with Inside Sales and with the Country Head USA for pricing discussions related to prospects to achieve desired Closed Win rates. * _ Gather and share market pricing information for standard product packages. _ * _ Meets with key clients and maintaining relationships to strengthen long term partnerships. _ * Drive and maintain relationships with key customers to gain input and effectively manage customer relationships. Maintains knowledge of regional/geographic market influences, customer and competitor trends and provides feedback loop back into the organization. * _ Participates in creating and implementing the 3-year strategic sales plan. _ * _ 6 Months forecasting of incoming orders and sales performance indicators. _ * _ Work with Marketing to establish the trade show budget and schedule, supporting processes and goals _ * _ Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward and individual recognition. _ * _ Continually assess current business distribution channels, develop, and evaluate their performance and manage conflict ensuring alignment with territory plans. _ * _ Identify emerging markets and market trends while being fully aware of new products and competition status. _ * Develop a regional growth portfolio, identifying and analysing market trends influencing customer profit drivers within the industry. Target gaps to create growth opportunities. * Skilful in CRM tools to maximize effectiveness of closing opportunities and create competitive strategies designed to take market share. _ KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: _ * _ Education: Bachelor 's Degree in Agronomy, with at least 10 years' experience in or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered._ * _ Ability to develop, coach and motivate sales staff. _ * _ Embeds our values in all aspects of the sales process and developing along the global sales team. _ * _ Proficient computer skills: Salesforce, SAP and Microsoft Office. _ * _ Ability to handle, organize and coordinate multiple projects at one time and prioritize accordingly. _ * _ Ability to see, plan for and execute strategies and ideas regarding the future of the business. _ * _ Proven history of using creativity and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. _ * _ Ability to think through challenges and provide proactive solutions. _ * _ Maintain an active role in appropriate professional organizations to network and nurture relationships with the fumigation treatment market. _ * _ Ability to travel 50%. _ * _ Must have excellent presentation skills. _ Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Health insurance Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday Application Question(s): * Do you have experience in Chemical Industry ?
