Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Restoration Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with clients to assess their restoration needs and providing tailored solutions. You will leverage your sales skills to drive business growth while ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. Duties * Conduct thorough assessments of clients' restoration needs and provide expert recommendations. * Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through closing, ensuring a seamless experience for the client. * Engage in outside sales activities, including engaging with potential clients and following up on leads. * Perform inspections to showcase restoration services effectively. * Develop marketing strategies to promote services and expand the client base. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall team performance. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in restoration services. Skills * Proven experience in direct sales, retail sales, or inside sales environments. * Strong communication skills to engage potential clients effectively. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team. * Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. * Demonstrated ability to market services creatively and effectively.
