About Us: Native Roofing and Construction is a locally-owned and growing residential roofing company known for quality work and reliable service. We specialize in storm restoration and roof replacements throughout the Denver Metro area. We're expanding and looking for motivated, outgoing sales pros to join our team. Responsibilities: * Generate your own leads through door-to-door canvassing and storm tracking * Perform roof inspections and identify storm damage (training provided) * Educate homeowners on roof replacement and the insurance claims process * Attend adjuster appointments and help document damage * Close sales, sign contracts, * Use our CRM to track leads and update job progress * Participate in team training and company meetings Requirements: * Comfortable climbing ladders and walking on roofs * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Confident speaking face-to-face with homeowners * Professional appearance * Smartphone capable of taking photos and using mobile apps * Strong self-discipline and motivation -- this is a performance-based role * Sales or canvassing experience required (roofing experience is a plus) We Provide: * Hands-on training and sales guidance * CRM access * Occasional inbound leads from calls or past clients Compensation: * 1099 Independent Contractor * Commission-based * Bonus and monthly incentives * Flexible schedule If you're hungry to grow your income and enjoy working outside, we 'd love to talk.
