Key Responsibilities

• Educate clients on a range of health insurance and wellness benefits plans
• Build relationships and trust with new and existing clients
• Customize coverage options based on individual or group needs
• Manage the full sales cycle--from prospecting to onboarding
• Stay current with healthcare laws, compliance, and plan updates
• Use CRM and digital tools to manage leads and follow-up What We 're Looking For
• Licensed Health Insurance Agent (or willingness to become licensed -- we will help!)
• Previous sales or consulting experience (insurance preferred but not required)
• Self-starter with strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable using digital tools, social platforms, and CRM systems
