What You'll Do

:

• Manage and grow an established territory while actively developing new business opportunities
• Build strong customer relationships to drive loyalty and repeat sales
• Conduct outbound calls and occasional public speaking engagements to promote Ford commercial products
• Navigate the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing deals
• Maintain accurate records through CRM tools What We're Looking For:
• Minimum of 1 year of Ford Commercial Sales experience (required)
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and professional attitude
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
