Responsibilities: * Strive to complete at least 12 successful closings annually * Coordinate with clients and seek properties matching client expectations to increase sales * Help clients choose mortgage options that meet their needs and budgets to facilitate an easy transaction * Serve as an intermediary between your buyer and seller to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction * Consistently network and market to prospect for new customers for continual increase in your sales * Support and learn from other team-oriented agents in order to establish a prosperous and long-term real estate career * Consistently implement provided strategies to generate exclusive inbound leads Qualifications: * Be a strong communicator * Represent your clients' needs and desires to the best of your ability * Knowledgeable in the local real estate market and general trends * Display persistence and resilience when working through challenging situations * Willing to work evenings and weekends Our main focus is to provide our agents with amazing Culture, Mentoring, Advanced Productivity Tools, Superior Training, and Successful Inbound Lead Generation Strategies!
