Ipro Dental Lab is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team. This full-time role will provide support to our sales representatives by assisting with account management and helping to drive sales. Key Responsibilities: * Cold Calling: Reach out to potential leads to generate new business opportunities. * Client Follow-ups: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure client satisfaction and build lasting relationships. * Account Management: Assist with day-to-day tasks to maintain organized and up-to-date client information. * CRM Management: Organize and update client data within our CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of sales and communications. * Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to support the achievement of sales targets and goals. Qualifications: * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems. * Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
