Compensation: $91,300 - $187,000 yearly Responsibilities: * Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions * Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion * Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales * Help clients determine the best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved * Quickly and professionally return buyer clients' calls, texts, and emails to ensure outstanding customer service * Lead follow up * Lead generation * Set appointments * Execute consultations * Close sales Qualifications: * Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car * Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly * Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently * Driven, motivated, and desires professional growth * A real estate license or the motivation to get one About Company We are a White Glove, full-service based Real Estate Team of Elite Professionals.
