We are seeking Experienced Roofing Sales Professionals who know how to close deals and make it happen! This is a 1099 position, and you get paid WEEKLY for your work. Duties * Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients within your territory. * Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential customers and opportunities. * Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals. * Analyze market trends and customer needs to provide effective solutions. * Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction. * Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets. * Utilize software tools to track sales activities, manage customer information, and report on performance metrics. * Participate in outside sales activities, including client meetings, presentations, and networking events. Qualifications * Proven experience in Roofing Sales. * Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients. * Experience in lead generation techniques and methodologies. * Proficient in using sales software and CRM systems. * Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully. * A self-starter who is motivated by achieving results in a fast-paced environment.
