We're currently seeking a sensational Assistant Center Manager to join our team at European Wax Center - South Tampa and European Wax Center - St. Petersburg. Compensation & Perks: * Hourly rate: $15/hour + Commissions and bonuses paid bi-weekly * Career growth opportunities within a supportive franchise network * Free eyebrow waxing and product/service discounts * Fun, fast-paced, and team-focused environment * We promote from within About the Role: * Full-time sales and supervisory position (40 hours/week) * Drive daily and weekly sales goals, monitor center productivity * Oversee managerial functions and team operations * Must be available to work days, nights, and weekends * Required to work at both South Tampa and St. Petersburg locations What We 're Looking For: * 1-3 years of sales experience in a related field * Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities * Passion for guest service and ability to manage guest flow * Dependable and reliable team player * Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation * Proficient with computers and able to learn new systems quickly * Professional appearance and adherence to dress code * Flexibility to meet shift requirements and cover for teammates when needed About the Company: Location: European Wax Center - South Tampa 3830 W.
