Overview

: As a Sales Associate at Progen Industries, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team and managing customer relationships. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, CRM management, and the power generation industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update customer data in our CRM system to ensure accurate and timely communication.
• Assist in the development of sales strategies and outreach initiatives.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing proposals, presentations, and reports.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and potential leads.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and streamline sales processes.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to expand your knowledge of the power generation industry.
