The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Window and doors sales and business development, with the ability to negotiate effectively and manage outside sales initiatives. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing strategies that enhance market presence and achieve sales targets. Duties * Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals. * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships. * Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training to enhance team skills in negotiation and closing deals. * Utilize CRM to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and forecast future sales trends. * Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional efforts and market demands. * Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for business development and competitive advantages. * Build strong relationships with key clients through regular communication and personalized service. Qualifications * Proven experience in a Sales Manager role or similar position within the Construction sector. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team. * Demonstrated success in outside sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. * Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer interactions and sales processes. * Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly. * Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
