Purpose: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to grow new business, manage existing client relationships, and drive revenue for Warneke Paper Box. The ideal candidate is passionate about packaging, customer service-oriented, and thrives in a sales environment. Duties

:

• Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and strategic outreach.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts by providing outstanding service, solutions, and support.
• Consult with clients to understand their packaging needs and recommend customized folding carton and specialty solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, estimating, production) to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in Excel based system.
• Stay informed about industry trends, innovations, and competitive landscape.
• Represent Warneke Paper Box at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of sales experience (preferably in packaging, printing, or related industries).
• Strong understanding of packaging solutions, printing processes, and production workflows is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Customer-first mindset with a passion for building .
• Ability to travel as needed for client visits, events, and trade shows.
• Must be able to communicate in English
• Must have skills in being a Team Player
• Must have detail-oriented skills and troubleshooter
