Purpose: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to grow new business, manage existing client relationships, and drive revenue for Warneke Paper Box. The ideal candidate is passionate about packaging, customer service-oriented, and thrives in a sales environment. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, creativity, and strategic thinking. Job Duties: * Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and strategic outreach. * Manage and grow existing customer accounts by providing outstanding service, solutions, and support. * Consult with clients to understand their packaging needs and recommend customized folding carton and specialty solutions. * Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotations. * Collaborate with internal teams (design, estimating, production) to ensure customer requirements are met. * Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in Excel based system. * Stay informed about industry trends, innovations, and competitive landscape. * Represent Warneke Paper Box at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
