We are currently assisting our client, an industrial manufacturer, with an Inside Sales search in the Cleveland, OH area. Responsibilities: * The Senior Inside Salesperson is responsible for driving sales growth by managing key accounts and leading complex sales negotiations * Serve as the primary contact for specific regional mid-sized customers. * Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve higher revenue targets and expand market share * Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales efforts with company goals. * Identify inefficiencies in the sales process and implement improvements to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
