The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of various events, providing exceptional guest services, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all attendees. Duties * Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring all areas are clean and organized. * Provide excellent guest services by greeting attendees, answering questions, and addressing any concerns. * Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently during food service or ticket sales. * Monitor event activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. * Manage conflicts or issues that arise during events with professionalism and poise. * Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless event experience for guests. * Support children's activities if applicable, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for younger attendees. * Assist in food service operations, including serving food and beverages as needed. * Engage in events management tasks to facilitate smooth operations throughout the event. Requirements * Strong cash handling skills are essential for managing transactions effectively. * Experience in food service is a plus, particularly in high-volume settings. * Background in events management or theater is desirable but not mandatory. * Ability to manage conflicts effectively while maintaining a positive atmosphere. * Experience working with children is an asset, especially for family-oriented . * Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are crucial for interacting with guests. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
